Exchanges and Returns Policy

The Exchanges and Returns Policy below constitutes an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of Use.

1 . IDENTIFICATION

1.1 This website is owned, maintained and operated by  SELL 4 LESS , a legal entity DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE CINCINNATI OH 45999-0023, registered with the Employer Identification Number: 93-3548872 , with address at 896 S STATE ST STE 576 DOVER, DE 19901, in this term represented only by "COMPANY".

two . EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

2.1 THE COMPANY is committed to customer satisfaction, offering quality products and always seeking partnerships with the best suppliers. Always seeking the best for our customers, we have developed an Exchanges and Returns Policy based on the Consumer Protection Code, described below.

2.2 Note: It is important to highlight that the exchange or return of products will only be carried out provided that the conditions specified here are respected.

3 . GENERAL CONDITIONS

3.1 To request an exchange or return of the product, the customer must contact us via email at  vsell4less@gmail.com

4 . REASONS AND DEADLINES FOR EXCHANGES OR RETURNS

4.1  Withdrawal/Regret: the deadline is up to 7 (seven) days from receipt of the product (according to Art. 49 of the Consumer Protection Code) to make the request by email at vsell4less@gmail.com . After we receive your email, a specialized team will contact you within 48 hours so that the exchange or return can take place. In this case, the product will only be exchanged or returned if it is in the following conditions:
4.1.1  The product must be in the original packaging , with all accessories and in perfect condition.
4.1.2  The product must not show signs of misuse.
4.1.3  The product must be in the same box that was sent, and must be well packaged.
4.1.4  In case of withdrawal due to regret, the customer must open a ticket through our support: vsell4less@gmail.com  within 7 days of  receiving the product. As provided by law , exchange or return requests due to dissatisfaction will not be accepted after 7 days of receipt.
4.1.5  The case will be analyzed within 2 (two) business days .
4.1.6  All costs incurred by the customer to return the product by post are the responsibility of our company, which must always be sent as standard delivery
4.2 Technical or manufacturing defect : the deadline is 7 (seven) days from receipt of the product (according to Art. 18 and Art. 26 of the Consumer Protection Code) to make the request by email:  vsell4less@gmail.com .
4.3 Damage: in this case, refuse the product upon delivery or request an exchange or return within the legal deadline by email at vsell4less@gmail.com  , stating the order number and with a photo of the condition of the item . We analyze each case individually, but we always strive to offer a satisfactory solution to our customers.
4.4 Product not in accordance with the order placed: refuse the product upon delivery Or request an exchange Or return by email at vsell4less@gmail.com  , within 7 (days) from receipt of the product (according to Art. 49 of the Consumer Protection Code).
4.5  All cases of exchange or refund must be handled only via email: vsell4less@gmail.com  . The email should contain the details of the entire issue with clear photos and videos.
4.6  Color and model of the product is the customer's responsibility when choosing it.

5 . FORMS OF REFUND AND CHARGEBACK

5.1 Exchange coupon: you can opt for an exchange coupon, which allows you to use the refunded amount to make new purchases on the sell4less website;
5.2 Card refund: exclusive for orders paid by credit card. The refund deadline will follow the rules of the card administrator, which may take one to two invoices depending on the due date of your invoice;
5.3  In case of Chargeback: the purchase dispute will be analyzed by our support and if the product was actually delivered during the chargeback process carried out with the credit card operator, we will request its return once payment has not been made. Once made, the product cannot be accepted by the customer.
5.4  Bank Slip: For purchases made by bank slip, the amount will be refunded via bank deposit within 10 (ten) business days, into the buyer's current account.  Furthermore, you must forward all your bank details to us for the deposit to be completed.

REFUND POLICY

 

First of all, know that our refund policy is completely focused on customer safety with regard to products purchased in our store.

 That is, all of our products have a full guarantee against manufacturing defects and also if the product that arrived at your home is different from the one you purchased.


 
If you experience one of the two unforeseen issues mentioned above and want to exchange or return it (with refund), follow the steps below: We sincerely ask that you inform our team of the problem via WhatsApp: 702-768-5141 or email: vsell4less@gmail.com When contacting us, provide your order number and the main reason for the exchange or return, sending photos of the product. Please note that the photos must clarify the defect or prove that the product delivered was not the product you purchased. Therefore, take good quality photos. We will analyze the considerations made by you within 2 business days and, if we determine that the problem is genuine, we will contact you via email with additional information about the exchange or return. IMPORTANT: The deadline for exchanges and returns established by the Consumer Protection Code for defective products or those that do not correspond to the merchandise purchased is 7 calendar days after delivery of the product to the customer's home. Furthermore, if the product is delivered and is broken, the notification period is 1 day. After these days, we will not carry out any exchanges, returns or refunds. PAYMENT REFUND The payment refund request will only be made if all of the following conditions are fully met: The product must be sent for exchange or return with all the original items that came in the box. The product must be returned in its original packaging, without signs of use and with all labels intact (which are glued to the product), along with the user manuals. If such conditions are met, the refund of the amount paid by the customer will be 100% of the total amount and the refund will be made using the same payment method used by the customer at the time of purchase (card or bank slip). In other words, refund on credit card or deposit/transfer, if it was done by bank slip! ATTENTION: If the customer wishes, there is the possibility of receiving a shopping voucher for the original value of the product, which will be valid for 6 months to use as they wish throughout the store. Of Extreme Importance: The refund will only be made if all the requirements listed above are met. Therefore, we are exempt from exchanging or returning products due to misuse or responding to complaints after the deadline (7 days). For refunds via deposit or bank transfers (payment made by bank slip at the time of purchase), the bank details to make such a refund must be those of the holder registered on our website. If you do not have a bank account, we will make the payment into another account chosen by the customer, but first, there will be an officialization/authorization of the order via email.
